I have come to realize that 90% of the time, my productivity increases when I schedule things and follow through on the plans. You want to get things done and make the most of your time daily, have a schedule. You want to be consistent with exercising, put it on your schedule. You want to plan your meals for the week, have it on your schedule. You want to have some time for self-care, you need to put it on your schedule. Write it down on your to do list and have a time assigned for the activity.
